Why It Matters
Most honey sold in Indonesia is never tested. We believe wellness products deserve proof, not just promises. That's why lab verification isn't optional for us, it's standard for every batch.
Three single-origin honeys, each shaped by one bloom, one season, one place.
Randu Honey
From the blossoms of Java's tallest tree.
High above the villages of Jepara grows the Randu tree, Java's kapok giant, towering up to 70 meters into the sky. Each year, its pale blossoms open for just a few short weeks. Local bees seek out this bloom alone, gathering nectar found nowhere else: no other flower, no other season. What they leave behind is Randu honey: raw, single-origin, and entirely unique to Java.
Did You Know?
Randu (kapok) trees can reach up to 70 meters tall, among the tallest flowering trees in Indonesia. Bees that forage this high produce honey found almost nowhere else.
Because it's single-origin. Bees only visit Randu blossoms during their short bloom window, so the nectar, and the honey's flavor, comes from one flower source only, not a blend.
Yes, in a published Indonesian medical case study, Randu honey was used as a wound dressing for a diabetic patient with a chronic wound, alongside standard medical treatment. Honey has a long history in traditional wound care across Indonesia.
This reflects documented traditional and research use, not a health claim about this product.
Randu is the Indonesian name for the kapok tree (Ceiba pentandra), the same tree whose fluffy seed fibers have traditionally been used to stuff pillows and mattresses across Java.
Taste Profile
Randu honey leans mild and floral, gentle on the palate, true to its single bloom origin.
Akasia Honey
Light, golden, and gently sweet.
Each spring, the acacia tree bursts into fragrant white blossom, and for a brief window, bees work almost nothing else. The result is one of the palest, purest honeys in the world: so light it's sometimes called "liquid glass." Akasia honey pours smooth, stays liquid far longer than most honey, and carries just a whisper of vanilla in every spoonful.
Did You Know?
Acacia blossoms produce nectar that's naturally low in pollen and color pigment, giving the honey its signature light, almost transparent appearance, some describe it as looking like liquid glass.
It has an unusually high fructose content, which slows crystallization. That's why Akasia honey stays smooth and pourable for much longer than most other varieties.
Delicately sweet with a soft floral note and a whisper of vanilla, mild enough that it won't overpower whatever you pair it with, from tea to toast.
Very. Its mild flavor sweetens dishes and drinks without changing their taste, which is exactly why it's a favorite for tea, yogurt, and baking across the world.
Taste Profile
Akasia honey is the mildest of the three: light, smooth, and quietly sweet.
Multiflora Honey
One jar, a hundred blossoms.
Not every honey comes from a single flower, and that's exactly what makes Multiflora honey special. Foraging freely across an entire season, bees gather nectar from dozens of different blooms scattered across Java's countryside. No two batches taste quite the same, because no two seasons bloom quite the same way. It's honey shaped not by one flower, but by an entire landscape.
Did You Know?
Unlike single-origin honeys like Randu or Akasia, multiflora honey comes from bees foraging across many different flower sources in one season, giving it a fuller, more complex flavor that shifts slightly from batch to batch.
Yes, subtly. Because the flower mix depends on what's blooming nearby during that season, each batch carries its own slightly different character, richer here, lighter there.
It's one of the most widely produced, since bees in most regions naturally forage across many plants rather than just one. Single-origin honeys like Randu are much rarer by comparison.
Its fuller flavor holds up well in stronger pairings: dark bread, robust tea, or straight off the spoon for those who like honey with more character.
Taste Profile
Multiflora honey is the boldest of the three: layered, complex, and shaped by the whole season.
Honey knowledge, behind-the-scenes updates, and everything in between.
